Sr. Account Executive
In this role, I help manage the day to day client relationships for our digital health care projects. My role requires me to be up to date with the FDA regulatory guidelines for pharmaceutical companies. I manage and approve the financials each month, the status updates for our clients, reporting (monthly, weekly or daily if needed), online media monitoring, community management and social media, managing online audits as well as website builds and maintenance requests. I also work with our various research, project management, creative, traditional and tech teams to ensure that whatever tactic or strategy we are implementing is well rounded and appropriate for our clients needs. In this role I was an account executive for the Sears account. My role started as a digital role, where I managed the day to day client/account relationship for all digital projects across the account. Primarily these projects were paid media (including mobile), social media and some website development projects. In addition, I reviewed and improved a neglected P&L for the digital department to make it current, and helped with the remaining monthly P&L reporting. I also approved PO’s and created and collected SOW’s. I helped set up a process for integrating the digital trafficking of online video with the traditional video traffic. Not only did this process include managing multiple vendors, I also continually optimized the process to gain efficiencies and to also further the client’s business needs by including the multi-cultural team in meetings and the process. I also worked with our project management team to help integrate digital practices, processes and educational training with the traditional teams. Lastly, my role also included day to day client management for our traditional commercial broadcast spots as well. This included campaign research, strategy and presentations, documentation of client requests, production, approvals (including legal) and trafficking.
