Lead the Shearim Division, an inclusion program for students with intellectual disabilities. Supervised a team of special educators to support students with different learning profiles. Created and implemented pre-vocational programming to facilitate students’ transition goals.

Created the vision and guided the implementation of the Educational Support Services Program for both the Middle School and Upper School. Coordinated and supervised all school accommodations for over 300 students. Served as the Department Chair of the Resource and Learning Center programs, Coordinator of Upper School standardized testing accommodations (SAT/ACT), and Resource teacher for the 12th grade.

Co-founded an educational services company designed to assist high school students with learning and academic adjustment issues. Developed and facilitated advocacy and accommodation plans for students with a range of mild to moderate learning differences and ADH/D. Supervised multiple inclusion/educational support specialists to provide accommodations and other resource services to these students.
