I help women who are self-critical, self-reliant, and barely hanging on to the facade that everything is fine; women who survive through perfectionism, control, and self-determination; and women who find themselves micro-managing and numbing their way through life when their own power has failed them. I coach, write and speak about conquering the fears and lies that bring us to this point in order to bring FREEDOM

I oversaw and maintained the budget, programmed and ran the operations and administration for our yearly retreats and summer camps, led the programming of our weekly large group service, planned and executed all of our events, served as our team's operations director, mentored high school girls and helped our team influence our staff culture.

In addition to coaching skills and assisting in team and game time decisions, I was a character influence to the girls on the varsity team, influencing and encouraging the lives of the players.

Through various jobs over multiple summers and one year long internship, I mentored young women, provided an excellent dining experience, helped run programming for senior camp (7-12th grade), led multiple staff small groups, helped execute administration, guest services, outdoor education, team building, and ropes for retreat groups, ran programing and execution of day camp, mentored leadership, and helped execute multiple levels of summer leadership development programs.
