Leading member of the Theater faculty responsible for teaching Acting and Theater History Courses.- Provided acting classes that focus on the tools of: Meisner, Adler, Strassberg, Improvisation, Viewpoints, Monologue intensives, and Scene Work.- Instructor for Theater History I and II. Focusing on: Greek, Roman and Asian Theater; Shakespearean literature and history; Commedia Dell’arte, French Theater, Ibsen, Chekhov, Russian theater history - contemporary theater today.

Founded and oversees the production of integral drama and film education programs. Developed original programs that complimented the curriculum of the school that allows students to create original plays, focus on tools of acting, directing, writing, and harness public speaking, leadership, and collaboration skills. - Using the tools of acting and improvisation to enhance team building.- Develop original plays based on the themes of “Black History”, “Women’s History”, “Constitution”, “Native American History” and “Poetry”.

Integral member of the Board of Directors, serving under the leadership of Al Pacino, Alec Baldwin, and Ellen Burstyn developing educational, fundraising and awareness programming.- Part of a team of producers that developed the 75th anniversary season of the Actors Studio including the programming selection, management, all activity coordination and oversight, and launching the successful 75th anniversary season. - Lead Producer of the Estelle Parsons Tribute, a production of 3 plays including promotion, coordination and oversight.

Primary educator for graduate school students with a focus on acting scene study to professionalize performance levels. Taught the fundamentals of method acting, improvisation, and sensory work so students learned a process to approach text to achieve truthful storytelling and character development. - Provided substantial growth in areas of character development, public speaking and script analysis. - Responsible for multiple theater festivals per year at various levels of production delivery. - Professional mentor to graduate students related to their craft and the industry.

- Designed original drama and filmmaking curriculum for Pre K - Grade 12 and Adults, which focused on the process of the craft of acting, screenwriting, and directing. Taught all acting courses. - Produced and directed multiple stage and film performances to culminate our classroom work. - Developed films and drama performances to support curriculum. - Led, developed and brought The Picture House drama and film residency programs to community schools and Boys and Girls clubs.

Developed an original course called "Directing Actors" designed to provide support to Directors.

- Independently developed a comprehensive Middle School drama curriculum that delivered exceptional departmental retention rate of students continuing drama. This program incorporated improvisational structured games, ensemble, directing, playwriting, scene work, text analysis, character study, action and an understanding of set design to provide a foundational program for students wanting to learn theatrical arts. - Director for the Middle School play festivals and musicals, taught students to be more confident by exploring reality and emotion through song and speech gestures. Provided an understanding of action, behavior for the character, and a solid understanding of how to develop characters. - Directed musicals and hold a solid understanding of the workings of a theater and the process of production, from producing to collaborating with Musical Directors, Choreographers and Set Designer.
