CurrentServe as the customer liaison for the Professional Services Department in the use of Salesforce software including creating sales opportunities and sales orders, implementing projects, and reporting. Coordinate with management to handle customer escalations to result in positive outcomes for the client as well as the company. Proficient in the functionality of SAP software such as project management, resource assignment and the outsourcing process from contract to requisitions and PO’s to reviewing and submitting invoices. Leading an initiative across department to standardize processes and increase utilization of consultants and developers for complex projects. Responsible for revenue recognition and expiration of services for the Professional Services Organization, working with Finance and Accounting monthly, which has resulted in over $7M in recognized revenue.
