Currently employed as Senior Engineer at PWA i am responsible for managing the Civil Engineering team. My current duties include, mentoring and encouraging the development of staff, writing fee proposals and bringing new clients to the business, writing flood risk assessments and drainage strategies as well as undertaking the detailed design of various drainage and highways elements. I am passionate about the development of apprentices and the importance of this within the wider industry.I also have experience with BIM standards and working at full compliance with BIM level 2 requirements, since starting at PWA i have begun assisting the company with there progression from BIM Level 1 to Level 2- including the implementation of drawing and project organisation protocols in line with BS/PAS 1192.

Employed within 3E Consulting Engineers, I held the position of Civil Engineer, responsible for the design of various drainage and highways features. During my tenure at 3E I worked on various commercial and residential schemes, including various Aldi sites. Projects delivered at various stages from planning through to practical completion.
