My responsibility is to increase revenue through sales initiatives, marketing and outbound company visits.• I ensure I maximise efficiency of administrative processes by completing paperwork in a timely manner and ensuring proper filing of documents. • I optimise site processes to ensure high team performance. Following company balance score card using indicators such as staff retention and tracking month by month and make sure we always keep to and achieve company standards. • Work with management and team members to increase individual performance and set realistic improvement goals.• Determine areas of improvement for cost control and initiate changes. • Reduce expenses and costs by minimising waste and allocating staff levels correctly. • Brain storming new marketing ideas to draw in new business for peak and non-peak service. Using local sporting, entertainment and special occasions to enhance sales.• Implement Health & Safety policies to reduce or eliminate any possible risks.

• Arranging flights, Insurance and Accommodation for Clients • Using a booking system to secure holidays • Collecting and processing payments • Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. Visas and Passports • Sending out tickets and all information regarding travel to clients • Giving a fantastic customer experience • Keeping clients up to date with any changes regarding their trip • Dealing with complaints or refunds

• Create sales protocols and procedures to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions • Train Sales Associates in best practices and use emerging technology and intelligence to improve our sales numbers • Create positive and lasting relationships with vendors and suppliers • Increase product knowledge among sales associates and involve Senior Management in product knowledge initiatives • Take over management of junior staff as well as the hiring of additional sales professionals • Set appointments with clients and follow up with them afterward • Organize an outside sales program
