Reporting into CEO, responsible for the delivery of effective HR policy and processes, in support of AFF’s strategic aims, sole HR point of contact, ensuring that the organisation fulfilled its employer duties and obligations in line with legislation.

Manage the relationship between HR and the business, contracting on the delivery of HR business solutions and ensuring the strategic people implications of business plans are quantified, planned and delivered.

Worked in close partnership with the business by building positive, pro-active relationships with the managers to fully understand their business plans and priorities. Contribute to the design and implementation of the People Plan.
