Assisted the knitwear design team within Womenswear in many different capacities. Produced and actioned tech packs with international manufacturers, several of which went into production and were sold in M&S stores across the UK. Produced overview boards and line sheets, conducted and presented shop reports and produced trend mood boards. Also completed a personal project, predicting overall trend, colour, yarn and stitch for Autumn Winter 2019, and presenting this along with design proposals suitable for each trend.

Responsible for checking the dates on items and making decisions on price reductions to get items sold before they expired, as well as changing layouts, assisting customers, and working on checkouts.
