• Leads and executes an international, integrated strategic plan for Lions Club giving that results in $2.4+ million dollars annually, $25+ million cumulatively, from over 4,900 clubs worldwide. Increased Top Dog (major donations) giving by 92%. Increased revenue stream by 24% ($455,115 annually) since stepping into the director role and exceeded re-forecasted revenue target for fiscal year 2024 by 5%.• Leads and manages a team of 3 professionals to achieve revenue and stewardship goals. Incents, motivates, and organizes thousands of Lions volunteers and clubs to raise funds and advocates internationally for the Leader Dog mission. • Serves as a member of senior philanthropy leadership raising over $20 million annually for Leader’s general operating budget which is generated 100% through philanthropic gifts. • In collaboration with Campaign leadership and team facilitated over $2.5 million for the canine center capital campaign.• Liaison for Lions Engagement Committee, a taskforce of high-level international Lions leaders providing guidance and counsel to Leader.• Collaborate internationally with over 800 Leader volunteers to further Leader Dogs philanthropy.• Speaks and presents internationally to solicit gifts and support for the Leader Dog mission to diverse audiences. Annually present to 1,000+ attendees from small meetings to hosting large fund raisers. Topics range from Leader's mission to professional fund raising practices and volunteerism to leadership skills.• Serves as one of the organization’s primary representatives at events and strategically assigns team members, volunteers and clients to nationwide Lions meetings and events.• Partners with operational leaders to ensure consistent messaging of programs and organizational decisions to Lions.• Within the Lions’ book of business, annually submits grants, stewards, and solicits major gifts and planned gifts. Coordinates annual fundraising efforts across all platforms including print and digital.
