QUALIFICATIONS• 10 years of Health Care Revenue Cycle management experience• Proven record of successfully managing accounts receivable processes and maximizing reimbursement• Vast knowledge of government, commercial, and third party payor guidelines and regulations• Skillfully able to identify workflow issues and identify process improvement opportunities• Adept in all Human Resources related functions, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, disciplinary action, timekeeping, etc. • Proficient using multiple types of health care information systems, including electronic medical records - Epic certified in Payment Application for Single Billing Office• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Visio• Critical thinker, problem solver, and dedicated to excellence
