Help establish our core values, and support our belief and culture, which emphasizes growth and performance. Implement all benefits during open enrollment, Payroll for all 5 practices, On-boarding/off-boarding, recruiting of new doctors, hire and train all new managers at each location, and help continue to coach them quarterly. Work hand in hand with operations to help identify training and operational needs.
