Help establish our core values, and support our belief and culture, which emphasizes growth and performance. Implement all benefits during open enrollment, Payroll for all 5 practices, On-boarding/off-boarding, recruiting of new doctors, hire and train all new managers at each location, and help continue to coach them quarterly.
