Advised human resources, managers and global mobility heads on a variety of matters related to UAE immigration and labour law including visa processing, compliance, risks and timelines. Coordinated with global Fragomen offices, local co-counsel, clients, and relocation companies to provide effective immigration support. Provided immigration compliance support to client's HR and mobility teams. Coached and developed junior staff on firm policy, client protocol and substantive UAE immigration law. Represented Fragomen at business development and key client meetings. Co-chaired Fragomen Dubai Community Outreach Committee.

Provided counsel to a variety of UAE-based companies regarding Immigration and Ministry of Labour obligations and compliance issues. Negotiated and drafted new business proposals, purchase agreements and technical infrastructure agreements.Worked with individual investors and entrepreneurs to obtain U.S. visas through the EB-5 process.
