As the Vice President of Clinical Operations, I am responsible for the oversight and execution of the care coordination, quality improvement, and post-acute strategies and serve as the clinical lead to payors, health-system leadership, and the community. As a member of the DVACO Executive Leadership team I bring extensive clinical, analytical, operational, and Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement experience.Prior to joining the DVACO, I served for 17 years in progressive executive operational leadership roles at Main Line Health System. I have served as a Process Improvement Engineer and I apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies at the Black Belt level to all aspects of my work.
