Grant Medical Center is an urban, 400 bed, Level I trauma center in Columbus, Ohio with over 30,000 admissions, more than 18,000 surgeries and $2B in gross revenue annually. Grant is also a four-time Magnet designated hospital. Current responsibility as the executive overseeing daily operations with direct responsibility for nursing, emergency department, surgical services, oncology, rehabilitation services with 6 direct reports, 3 matrixed directors, and over 1400 staff. Works closely with system support leadership related to other operational areas and reports directly to the hospital CEO.

Enterprise wide responsibility for care management and utilization management under the population health division with staff in 12 acute care sites and multiple ambulatory and centralized teams servicing the large physician group, the clinically integrated network and internal medical plan. Reported to the system senior vice president of population health. Leader of 7 director level direct reports and a total of approximately 430 FTE’s.

VP of Surgical Services and Oncology. Riverside Methodist Hospital is the flagship 1000 bed tertiary care facility within OhioHealth. Riverside is a Level II trauma center, four-time Magnet designated hospital with over 60,000 admissions, 20,000 surgeries annually, and over $4.5B in gross revenue annually.Responsible for oversight of approximately 27 medical directors, four directors, over 400 FTEs with an overall operating budget of approximately $100 million. The thirty-five operating rooms, perianesthesia areas, endoscopy, and surgery center generate over $1 billion in charges. Surgery and the other procedural areas perform approximately 30,000 cases annually. Oncology services includes the Bing Cancer Center, Infusion Center, MS Infusion Center, physician offices, Integrative Medicine, and Radiation Oncology Services. Riverside Cancer services is accredited by the Commission on Cancer and is a member of the MD Anderson Network. Reported to the hospital COO.
