The Implementation Pre-Engagement Team manages the Sales to Services departmental, internal transition. This first point of contact ensures customers receive a quality first impression of Applied and the Implementation division; have purchased the proper services to align with their expectations; and feel confident in the Implementation team’s capability to guide them through a successful software adoption or data acquisition. •Accountable for preparing an implementation plan resulting in high quality delivery of implementation goals, setting up both the customer and Applied for an overall successful implementation project.•Manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction.•Manage projects for customers of varying sizes, complexities, and timelines.•Identify and manage customer expectations, including communicating difficult/sensitive information to customers, Applied team, and management.•Understand how to navigate obstacles as changes may arise in plans, including identifying risks and issues.•Form strong and productive working relationships with sales team members to ensure a smooth transition from sales to services. •Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, tasks completed, project status, and action items. •Possess broad knowledge of different project types, implementation processes, and high-level system capabilities.
