I believe that every conversation, change, plan, and program should be driven by what is best for students. ~I believe that all students can meet with success when we define success for each student. ~I believe it takes a village, and the importance of unifying all stakeholders within and outside of the school is critical. ~I believe that the most essential components to educating children include: educator collaboration, differentiation of instruction, flexibility, creativity, and true passion for the profession. Taking the time to build relationships with students sets the stage for our work with them. Take an interest in who they are...the reward will be in their success!
