In order to ensure delegates get the best training possible, it is essential that I adapt my training styles to cater to their individual needs. I am responsible for conducting TNA/LNAs, designing and delivering multiple comprehensive training packages from scratch, corroborating ideas to ensure they are fit for purpose – meaning they can be delivered by anyone, and demonstrate a variety of training and learning styles. Other responsibilities include; updating current training packages and amending information where necessary, liaising with key stakeholders across the business, to ensure the material is accurate and meets current strategic goals. Another key aspect of my role is evaluating delegates’ progression and performance within the training period, highlighting any concerns to my line manager, and conducting 1:1 development sessions with delegates needing additional support.
