Maintained year round communication with approximately 50 NAPA Distribution Centers across the nation with direct reporting to the Director, Events and Sponsorship Programs at NAPA Auto Parts Headquarters. Developed opportunities for incremental revenue with the sale of hotel & transportation packages.Authored and oversaw the graphic design and production of all materials associated with the NRDE Program including annual sales brochures, direct mailings, additional marketing letters and personalized follow up correspondence.Served as direct liaison between NAPA Auto Parts and the respective racing teams with respect to celebrity / driver appearances, and show car displays during scheduled events.Increased attendance of NRDE by 20%, 18% and 16%, respectively, in its first three full years of operation resulting in a corporate program that consistently delivered more than $2.3 million in annual revenues. Program included the arrangement of ground and air travel, private dinners, souvenirs, hospitality suite at the hotel, game day guest speakers and a corporate suite to watch Super Bowl XLII.**Onsite Activation for the August 2007 Remy Martin incentive program in Edinburg, Scotland. Worked in coordination with Hello Scotland as well as the Senior Event Manager for this program. Event included ten Remy Martin employees of the US and guests. This event was a week long tour traveling through Scotland and visiting three Scotch Whiskey Distilleries. Program included ground and air transportation, private dining, hotel arrangements, group activities and hands on tour of the distilleries visited. **Maintained event budgets to cover all event- specific and company signage, all event souvenirs, staff clothing and project materials as well as coordinating and managing effective communication between the company and vendors pertaining to hospitality, motor coach transfers, chartered air, event tickets and hotel accommodations.
