My goal is to inspire teams to deliver results that create profitable growth strategies for our organization and our customer partners.20+ years of Category Management and Insights experience starting at The Coca-Cola Company for 15 years and then moving to Reynolds Consumer Products for the last 17 years.Over the last 17 years with RCP, I have grown the Walmart and Sam's Category/Insights team from a team of 5 to a team of 12. Our team serves as Category Advisor on all of our categories at both Walmart and Sam's and have throughout my tenure with the company. I get the most satisfaction from seeing the successes of my team and assisting them to reach their goals and potential.
