As a teaching fellow and a PhD candidate at the University of Bath, I have over eight years of experience in conducting and disseminating health research, with a focus on physical activity, mental health, and 24-hour movement behaviours. I hold a two master's degrees one in Kinesiology and another in advanced quantitative methods and a bachelor's degree in kinesiology, as well as certifications in health care and mental health first aid.I am passionate about improving the well-being of children and older adults through evidence-based interventions and policies. I have contributed to multiple national and international research projects, such as the Canadian Assessment of Physical Literacy and the Healthy Later Living Network. I have also developed and delivered on health and exercise science units for undergraduate students, enhancing their knowledge and skills in health promotion and prevention.
