• Providing the primary source of Profit Protection to all parts of the O2 stores environment
• Leading and supporting on a number of stores projects with a view to reducing loss and risk across a number of key measures
• Promoting fraud awareness and best practice across the stores estate
• Creating and developing relationships with key stakeholders
• Coaching and supporting store teams to understand fraud data and its implications
• Analysing fraudulent behaviours in our stores estate, reducing fraud %

• Liaising regularly with the Internal Audit Department, in particular during casework where issues or incidents are both compliance and security based
• Producing formal disciplinary reports as required to an agreed loss prevention format
• Promoting Fraud and Security awareness and best practice across the stores estate
• Facilitating regular forums at Area Store Leader meetings; focusing on regional crime intelligence
