My role involved assisting with sales enquiries, conducting market research, and generating leads to help teams meet their sales targets. I also led bi-monthly team meetings, performed competitor analysis, and created a monthly newsletter to market our venues to internal stakeholders. My efforts consistently ensured operational excellence and strategic growth across the portfolio.
