As an Innovation Enablement Manager, I am accountable for the work of innovation enablement professionals to provide services that accelerate decision making, and assist in the creation of new business ideas and solutions. Services include conducting business and industry research, providing technical expertise and guidance, developing sessions for consensus/collaboration building and strategy setting, developing cost effective rapid experimentation and prototyping, and providing analysis and consultation regarding user experience. I work closely with all levels of management, including senior level managers, from all areas of Progressive to ensure enterprise goals for company innovations are met.
