• Addressed customer concerns and solved issues on-site to promote customer satisfaction.
• Contributed to maintenance and repair of network equipment (ONT, Data CPE, Video CPE, transmission and power) located in enclosed/unenclosed ILEC space.
• Worked in conjunction with CHR technicians to investigate and clear alarm conditions.
