• Responsible for processing all assigned USC Contract ManagementMailbox and rate requests and subsequently the creation and maintenance of assignedService Contracts and amendments both for Single and Multi-Trade Service Contracts.The Analyst is party to correspondence among Trade Pricing groups and Sales takingaction on the rate requests and non-rate request process (RRR).• Reputation for timely and accurate Service Contract data availability: The USCContract Analyst has an outcome Quality Indicator of 99% or better in both Timelinessand Accuracy.• Detailed understanding of governing tariffs and the expertise to interpret theirapplicability to Service Contracts.• Respond to worldwide inquiries pertaining to complex Single and Multi-Trade ServiceContracts and boilerplates to problem resolution;• Monitor all outstanding requests from Trade Pricing proposals to ensure that theinternal and external deadlines are met, and all required data is complete and accurate.• Prepare the completed contract draft and submit to Sales, internet portal and/orcustomer as directed on or before the deadline.
