I specialize in all types of residential real estate in MD including new construction, luxury homes sales, short sales, foreclosures, condos, townhomes, and all types of residential properties. I achieved certification several years ago as a short sale specialist and have successfully assisted many clients in avoiding foreclosure through short sale transactions. I thoroughly enjoy working with first time home buyers as I love to educate them on the home buying process. I work with buyers and sellers at all ends of the economic spectrum; from small condos and townhomes to Luxury Estate Homes, all clients are of utmost importance. I love my profession and my buyers and sellers become long time friends. In the past few years I have started working with Making Change, a financial wellness organization whose mission is to "develop and deliver financial education programs that empower individuals to achieve their own financial success stories through educational programs that encourage lasting behavioral change". Through this program I have taught classes at Howard Community College on home ownership as well as volunteered for various other Making Change programs. One particular neighborhood that I have done a great deal of business in is the Maple Lawn community. I both live and work in the Maple Lawn and to date, I have assisted more than 50 homeowners in real estate transactions in the community. I have worked in both new construction and resale and have a great relationship with the neighbors, property managers and sales managers in the community.
