I am passionate about learning and growing as a person. My mission is to join with others who desire to learn and grow and help them make changes for the better. I offer a confidential, judgment-free zone where you are truly safe to take a good look at the life you've created thus far and explore how to create the life you want to live.I believe deeply that we are all capable of growth and accomplishment. You already have unique strengths, skills, and wisdom inside of you, gathered from your life experience to date. Helping you recognize these skills and strengths, access your inherent gifts, and see where additional development is needed is where I come in. ​My coaching method is a positive, proactive approach. First we discover what is and is not working in your life at present. Next we identify your unmet needs and the results you would like to see in a particular area. Together we create a step-by-step roadmap to get there. Week-by-week, we navigate that road together. I help you overcome obstacles and adjust the roadmap as needed. The regular momentum and coaching support keeps you focused on your intentions and accountable to your goals. I fully believe we can get you to where you're going!
