A lifelong Frederictonian, Beth Wallace, loves to plan events and invites clients to bring their visions for something out of the ordinary!Beth began her UNB career at Student Financial Services upon completion of her Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She left UNB briefly to pursue a job exchange opportunity to recruit Ivy-League graduates in Washington, D.C with Arthur Andersen and returned to a rewarding placement as the Assistant Director at the Wu Conference Centre in 2000. Two decades later, she remains with UNB Conference Services and has taken on roles within the department in conference management, national association sales in Ottawa and Toronto, local Rendezvous Fredericton partnership initiatives and event planning at the University of New Brunswick.An avid traveler she has trekked across the globe to inspiring places like Iceland & Tahiti, Europe, UK, Caribbean, Hawaii, all Canadian provinces and many U.S. states in search of new adventures, scenery and interesting people. With a penchant to help others, her spare time is actively spent in the community volunteering with several organizations such as Ability NB, the Kidney Foundation, Boys & Girls Club, Harvest Jazz & Blues, her church, UNB, local festivals and several other groups.She welcomes all to contact her to assist with their meetings, conferences and special events at the award-winning Wu Conference Centre, revolutionary Richard J. Currie Center, or the other 200+ unique event spaces at the historic University of New Brunswick. She is happy to provide assistance for housing your attendees in the many affordable residences & suite style accommodations conveniently located in the center of the beautiful City of Fredericton.
