Responsible for maintaining the health of all technical programs including logistics management, engineering, and information technology operations as well as strategic planning, resource management, and program execution.

Responsible for stewardship of business and technical capabilities and facilities, execution of human capital strategy, and development and execution of long-term strategic, business, investment planning, and execution plans; command planning, assessment, and budgeting across the technical and business domains.

The Naval Sea Logistics Center (NSLC) is a multi-site echelon five activity aligned with the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport (NUWCDIVKPT). The Command's mission is to serve as the Naval Sea System Command's (NAVSEA) Technical Agent for developing, maintaining, and assessing life-cycle logistics support policies, procedures, products, and data systems. In doing so, it provides the logistics foundation required to implement cost effective life-cycle logistics and maintenance support and solutions for NAVSEA's Acquisition and Sustainment Program Offices, Warfare Centers, and Fleet units.

NSLC serves as NAVSEA’s Technical Agent for developing, maintaining, executing, and assessing life cycle logistics support policies, procedures, products, and data systems.
