As Associate Wellness Director, I provide premiere membership experience, value, service,and retention programs by planning, managing, promoting and implementing Healthy living programs through Group Exercise and Personal Training and Small Group Training. I manage all of the personal trainers and group exercise instructors, handle payroll, maintain and create programing to suit the needs of the members. I am also actively involved in our Chronic Disease programs as a Livestrong Instructor and a Certified Diabetes Prevention Coach.I am accountable for the operational oversight and management of all health andwellness related programming including over 100 group exercise classes, personal training small groups for youths, women, adults and seniors, Pilates reformer classes and other paid fitness programs for both adults and youth.My responsibilities include enhancing member relations and retention by developing innovative wellness programming, maintaining proactive communication with staff and members related to programs and schedules and working with our group exercise instructors and personal trainers to maintain high quality service for our members.I am very passionate about health and wellness and sharing my knowledge and expertise with members of the community and my staff.
