Contract with marketing research firms to augment existing project management staff and provide supplemental project support services that range from full project management to checking data tables, testing Internet and CATI surveys, and editing project reports. Under the direction of Senior Project Directors and Account Managers, leverage extensive marketing research experience in order to seamlessly “jump-in” to large and complex projects at any stage. Quickly gain credibility and client trust in order to add support and value.

As a Project Consultant, implemented and managed multiple quantitative and qualitative marketing research projects simultaneously for the healthcare industry, monitored costs, and tracked projects throughout the various phases of the project life-cycle. Other responsibilities included providing assistance to other Project Directors on more extensive and highly complex projects and mentoring Assistant Project Directors.

Conducted custom quantitative and qualitative research studies primarily for healthcare clients. Managed on average six projects simultaneously from inception through completion prioritizing tasks to ensure on time completion. Continued to expand knowledge of marketing research methods and gained further experience interacting with clients.- Developed a training program and mentored Interns and Associate Project Directors.

Originally hired as an Assistant Project Director, was promoted to Project Director within one year with responsibility for implementing and managing custom quantitative research projects from inception through completion. Managed up to five projects simultaneously, while quickly being given more responsibility and increased project assignments.
