Supervising a team of Infrastructure Implementation Officers responsible for facilitating Section 106 (S106) and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) funding awards and the delivery of community infrastructure on major housing development sites.Liaising with county, town and parish councils, community groups and stakeholders to provide advice on the availability and restrictions relating to S106/CIL funding; facilitating the authorisation of Section 106 (S106) funding awards and ensuring Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) payments are delivered in accordance with regulations. Working alongside developers and potential lease holders/owners on the implementation and practical completion of community facilities and public open space, to ensure delivery is in accordance with agreed specifications.
