Processing and adding achievements to the college system. • Processing exam entries and booking exams using multiple awarding body software and websites. • General administrative tasks, e.g. filing, writing letters and archiving and shredding out of date documents. • Involvement with examinations on the day they took place: receiving and checking examination papers, packing and sending examination papers off to awarding bodies, setting up exam rooms for up to 250 students• Organisation of invigilators.

• Working on a 1:1 basis taking service users out in the community. • Helping adults with personal care and assisting them to take medication. • Supporting service users to cook meals and write a shopping list and a weekly meal plan.• Filling out support logs and domiciliary care forms. • Administering first aid if necessary and writing reports.

• Attending meetings between the family support worker and parents’ in a home setting, taking minutes during meetings. • Marketing for events, groups, and trips. Attending conferences on autism, assisting with training staff from different areas of the NAS. • Maintaining the role of lead administrator for advocacy and transition groups. • Supporting with fundraising events, including setting up stalls, networking, and representing the company, designing, creating and distributing leaflets of various services in Surrey.• Creating activities for children and young people and carrying out group sessions in a harmonious environment.
