• Work with presidents and owners of companies in two regions reporting to the President in the corporate office. Territory included 20 direct owned offices and 5 districts servicing agency offices.• Coordinate semi-annual region meetings. Research locations, including hotel properties, restaurants, offsite recreational activities, scheduling speakers and negotiate all contracts.• Region Quality Coordinator - worked with the National Quality Director and other representatives to define the scope, direction and goals, disseminating information throughout the region and tracking and reporting region progress.• Served on national committee that researched and implemented criteria in awarding college scholarships to children of associates.• Instrumental in reviewing and finalizing annual goals & budgets packages from 20 owned offices and five agency districts.
