I've worked in e-learning for close to two decades. In my early days, I helped a group of "pioneer" faculty put courses online. Soon after that, I began writing training materials for WebCT and then Blackboard, Inc. At Blackboard, my responsibilities included online help, in-product help, in-product UI text, and tutorial video scripts for the web application and mobile app. I also developed and maintained writing standards for my team. My focus is always on the user. I provide content that brings clarity and solves problems quickly.
