My work for the College is varied, from coordinating events, to co-authoring proposals for current and prospective donors, to processing gifts and managing the budget for our development office. Being able to collaborate on projects across departments with staff, Emeriti faculty, donors, and the Dean to advance student success is incredibly rewarding. I assisted my Director with our new College scholarship matching program, from inception to design of materials, implementation, and a mass mailing program aimed at engaging and soliciting College graduates. I also coordinate the Dean's weekly stewardship and "friendraising" agenda. Proud to serve on the Development Department's Collaboration and Recognition committee.

I helped author the report that resulted in Willow Creek receiving the national AHCA Silver Quality Award in 2011.

I found that I excelled in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, and was promoted to Sales Manager after 8 months.
