I am a Purchaser and a Account Manager for a specialist product within the company. My integration of the roles include responsibility for maintaining my product range of approx. 600 products, planning and placing forward orders whilst ensuring and improving supply chain reliability, costs, delivery and introducing new suppliers . This enables me to streamline product range for sales ensuing best price and lead time achieved whilst maintaining profit margin. I am also responsible for developing and maintaining a ledger of business to business sales whilst actively seeking potential new customers.I liaise and manage contractual orders for repeat and high volume call off sales, working closely with other departments and overseeing all contract agreements along with purchase stock levels. Other responsibilities include overseeing all sales analysis, CRM data, offering knowledge, advice and product pricing for enquiries and orders within the company to uphold sales.

Bookings and advice on cross channel ferry sailings as well as dealing with complaints and general enquires.
