Experience promoting in the buy and bill environment started while employed in a Nephrology Specialty Sales Position by Ortho Biotech, marketing Procrit for the treatment of anemia in both Washington, Northern Idaho and Montana. This position is where I first gained experience negotiating and executing contracts for buy and bill physician accounts incorporating rebates in both the Medicare and non-Medicare market.

Promoted OxyContin, MSContin, and Uniphyl. Specialized in cancer pain management, post-operative pain management, respiratory disease and Infectious disease using a consultative approach. Targeted physicians included oncology, anesthesiology, multiple surgical specialists, immunology, neurology and pulmonology. I worked with various institutions such as hospitals, long-term care, nursing homes, hospices and pharmacies. Along with coordinating external educational efforts to support the increased use of the products I represented.
