I have a strong passion for helping others, coupled with diversified experience, including but not limited to nursing, advanced foot care, and craniosacral therapy. I also have experience as a Minister.I have a unique skill set, having worked with people in both medical and non-medical roles, the focus being on both their physical and emotional well being. I have worked with the very young to the very aged. I am experienced in both patient care and management. My first experience in care management was at Thorson Health Center, a pain management clinic, at one time based in Burnaby. From there I had the exciting opportunity of joining the two co-owners of the pilot franchise of Nurse Next Door, located in Burnaby and New Westminster, as their care manager. It was such an exciting challenge, to help develop the first franchise. Proudly, today, our territory is well established, and the present two co-owners have in fact expanded our territory to include Coquitlam and Port Moody.My most recent passion has been establishing a private practice in certified advanced foot care. I offer this as a mobile in-home service, recognizing those who find it difficult to leave their home.In my practice I work independantly, but I am also a dependable team player with effective communication and organizational skills, in my care management position. I offer the strength of flexibility and the capability to multitask.
