Key Roles- Currently I am a support working helping adults with severe learning disabilities in supported living. In this role I assist with personal care, responsible for helping with day to day managment of care and well being at the service, administrating medication, assisting with meals, attending appointments with the individuals, organising days out and activities, getting to know families, helping my assistant managers and my manger.

Following being a Carer at the care home OSJCT I became the home administrator.Key roles- pay roll, recruitment of staff, sitting in on interviews, staff rotas, filing, support the bursar, supporting the manger, organising staff training, organising meetings, updating personal profiles, welcoming visitors, showing visitors around and potential residents, starting up new employees

Key roles- assisting with personal care, assisting with medication, assisting with meal times, activities, going to appointments with residents, attending days out
