My role as a seamstress included: efficienct time management, making soft furnishings including curtains, voiles, roman blinds and cushions, learning about different fabrics and how they look when made up as well as how they interact with each other.

Supported my manager and assistant manager in daily tasks and managing a team of 9 people. Tasks included: helping to make sure all legal checks and paperwork were up to date such as price checking and the Weekly Audit Document, cashing up, preparing for and assisting with stock take, interviewing potential candidates, date code, customer service, assisting with promotional changes and working deliveries including meeting the delivery drivers in the mornings.
