With over 20 years of employment in the workplace, I have gathered a unique blend of both technical and professional skills. Given this background, I have the ability to work effectively with associates at all levels of technical knowledge. As a manager I am a firm believer in a culture of gratitude, and pride myself on building strong relationships with my staff. Feeling genuinely appreciated in the workplace is sadly an underused motivator.The best compliment I have ever received in the workplace was being told that the associate specifically came to me with an issue because they knew it guaranteed resolution.
