I use my time management skills to prioritize work. I efficiently complete many office duties in between scheduling, checking in patients, taking payments and taking care of the patient’s needs even if it’s simply making the patient feel at ease. I excel in working in a team environment and interacting with patients as I am passionate about people!

Part time work scheduling patients, preparing patient charts, educating patient about the pre-op and post-op procedures, as well as explaining the breakdown of their financial surgery quote. Efficiently completing multiple office duties including: faxing, filing, sorting mail, postage meter, copy machine, scanning and emailing responding to email inquiries from the internet.

Pre-flight preparation including: acquiring information about the upcoming flight, what type of aircraft, where are we traveling, who are the passengers, and what are their likes and dislikes (via passenger profile), what is their catering order, picking up any extra items from the store such as special lotions for the lavatory, flowers or special fruits. Taking stock inventory and restocking whenever possible. Daily pre-flights of safety equipment, ordering catering for crew and passengers on international flights, greeting passengers and providing personalized first class service inflight, cleaning aircraft post flight.
