Researcher with extensive experience in coating development and multi-disciplinary research for Battelle Memorial Institute. I have 6 years of experience executing client-oriented research focused on functional materials. In this role, I work in a diverse and fluid team environment to achieve results with respect to strict time- and budget-centered schedules. This role has allowed me to experience a wide variety of technical challenges, including building and maintaining a solid-state bioreactor system, investigating in-vivo sensor systems, developing smart coating systems, synthesizing novel polymers and small molecules, and everything in between.
