Nationally, she serves on two journal editorial boards and a number of advisory boards. She is an internationally recognized expert in quality of nursing worklife, having designed a questionnaire that has been used in 45 countries and translated into 10 languages.Sought out to turn around struggling organizations, Brooks has impacted hospitals, academia, for-profit businesses, boardrooms and professional associations.
