Consultant for Rational software for ITG (a merger of MacGregor and SSI). I am the sole supporter for the following offices: 2 in Boston, 2 in New York, Madrid, Hong Kong, Melbourne and London (around 400 users). Provide daily assistance for the Culver City, Canada and Tel Aviv offices.Responsible for the day-to-day support calls for IBM Rational ClearCase - including installations, builds, and troubleshooting. Both servers and clients are a mix of both Unix and Windows platforms. Also am supporting Rational ClearQuest for the Boston offices.Involved in projects that include:-upgrading the servers to version 7 of ClearCase, -configuring a new server for Madrid, -moving users to different servers and registries for ClearCase,-upgrading the clients as well to version 7,-dealing with MultiSite configurations all over the world to keep all our VOBs in sync, and -heavily involved in the migration of some groups to Subversion.
