As the Division Chief Collective Joint Training at U.S. Cyber Command, I lead and oversee the development and execution of aggregate cyber training programs (exercises and wargames), policies, and issues for the Joint Force. With senior leader experience in the U.S. Army and a master's degree in Strategic Information and Cyberspace Studies, I have a strong background and expertise in cyber operations, strategy, and planning.I am a candid, authentic, and transparent leader who values collaboration, innovation, and impact. I advise and support senior leadership on cyber training matters, facilitate effective assessments and evaluations, and orchestrate executive-level discussions with stakeholders, governmental offices, and international partners. I also mentor and empower my staff and colleagues for professional growth and development. I hold a Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph.
