With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and empowering people through technology. As the Head of Service Delivery & Service Assurance, Enterprise and Wholesale at Brightspeed, I oversee the end-to-end service delivery and service assurance processes for our enterprise and wholesale customers, ensuring that we meet and exceed their expectations and SLAs. I also served as the Vice President Customer Success at Lumen Technologies, where I lead a diverse and talented organization of 550 Customer Success professionals who are committed to elevating Lumen's customer experience. My team consists of direct and indirect sales, inbound customer care, click-to-chat support, and partner and customer success pods. We work collaboratively to provide omnichannel support and solutions for our customers, enabling them to achieve their desired business outcomes. Some of my proudest achievements include being recognized as the Woman of the Year in 2014, earning the President's Club in 2009, and achieving the Circle of Excellence in 2017. I have also helped many employees in their journey to success, promoting some of them to leadership positions and providing them with opportunities and experiences that allow them to chart their own course.
