Key responsibilities are all aspects of client servicing, report writing, ceding scheme analysis, diary management, providing direct support to the director, insurance underwriting analysis, CRM development, liaising with external providers and professional connections. Additional duties include sole responsibility for social media management, graphic design and running advertising campaigns. My greatest accomplishments in this role are: developing a process to mass-produce social media content using advanced Adobe Photoshop techniques and preparing complex, bespoke reports using data held within our CRM database subject to business requirements.

Personal assistant to the manager of the Quality Team as an internship during my studies. Duties included: preparing training materials, producing reports, daily audits, data analysis, and research. My greatest accomplishment in the role was developing a bespoke system to carry out HACCP audits to evidence product traceability which reduces the existing process of 3 days manual calculations to an hour of data entry.

Providing assistance with personal care and daily activities to service users with learning disabilities. Duties included coordinating daily activities, assisting with financial management, providing medication and ensuring a high quality of life for service users. Highly regulated by legislation in data protection, protecting vulnerable adults, SSSC codes of practice. Role included a high level of multi agency work and additional duties included developing training materials and providing support to senior management whilst doing my degree.
